Listen up, kids. This man/designer (now bald) sacrified the hair on his head for typography and to send you a New Year’s greeting, so he’s a-okay in my book. But for the record, a Snoopy Snow Cone machine would of sufficed as well.

Shapeaspect is the work of New Zealand based designer and illustrator, Jeremy Evans. I’m loving the simplicity and graphic nature of this record packaging. Lots more goodies here.

New York based photographer, Phillip Toledano, has some amazing, conceptual photography. Refreshing to see someone experimenting with ideas. And by experimenting, I mean, who doesn’t like fluorescent piss? See more here.

Effektive is the work of Greig Anderson, a graphic designer that recently moved to Sydney from the UK. Very talented lad with typographic abilities that make most green with envy. But remember, envy is the pity of fools. So appreciate his awesomeness and then go create your own. A homage to the 80s, Anderson created these fun Cassette Badge Sets that even come in a cassette box. Purchase one here.

Get ready to geek out on these super duper J-Pegs. Not the file type, but literally pegs that are the letter J. That clever lad, Jack Crossing! Its one of those “I wish I had thought of that” moments, which in my opinion, solidifies that its a great and simple idea. Now if that tickles your fancy, his other work is nothing less than superb.

Even though the description is in French, its quite obvious that this Mobile/Motif project is beautifully photographed (Sebastien Bocos) and designed. Well done.

Heat sensitive ink + a good cause = S.A.D. tees by Keith Hancox. Made for his friend who suffers from seasonal affective disorder (also known as winter depression, is a mood disorder whose sufferers experience normal mental health throughout most of the year, but experience depressive symptoms in the winter) the image of the black cloud over the sun turns transparent when it reaches 32 degrees celsius.

Among the endless uses of pvc pipes that don’t include plumbing, Lee Stokes has a brilliant idea as well. Pipe Font! This was created as a positive message for communities in Britain who were victims of flooding.
